At 766 Westchester Ave, the development of a 40,000 square foot commercial space that mirrors the entrepreneurial foundation set by the Perez family legacy, is part of our enduring values of innovation and community-driven progress. Construction began in April 2015, and by December of that same year, the project stood as a testament to our swift, efficient approach to modern development.

The ground floor, spanning 20,000 square feet, is designed to cater to a variety of commercial tenants, ensuring the building contributes to the local economy by providing accessible business spaces. Meanwhile, the second floor adds an additional 20,000 square feet of commercial opportunities, continuing our tradition of creating functional, community-enhancing properties.
